Ever since I was a little girl, I have always had an intense love of stories. I love the beauty of imagination and where it can take us. You can never underestimate the power of words. They have the ability to change thought patterns and open our world to new and exciting concepts and ideas.
No matter what form stories come in, whether it be photography or writing, that feeling of escapism drives our desire to change our reality. Stories inspire us to want to do great things.
I believe my job as a ‘content creator’ is like being a story-teller. Through photography and writing I am creating communication that is personal and relevant to you and your business. If you are a business wanting to bring your brand to life and give it personality through a strong tone of voice or to create content that is captivating and unique, giving your audience a reason to come back, or perhaps you are simply wanting to capture a moment in time that will be forever yours, then you’ve come to the right place.
Many business owners ask me about the importance of content and in particular, having a blog. Writing articles that are relevant to your audience’s interests, gives you something to share and can help build much of your social media strategy. A blog that is regularly refreshed can help improve your SEO, build your brand, develop your tone of voice, invite feedback, drive traffic, increase backlinks, generate leads, encourage referrals and create interesting and more engaging email marketing.
The bottom line is, I like telling stories and in particular I like telling other people’s stories. People may not remember what we have to say, but they will remember how we make them feel.
